Shipping

Policy

Shipment processing time

 

We process (“fulfill”) and ship items out as soon as possible.  An email will be sent upon order receipt estimating fulfillment time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Our cancellation policy applies on all orders we receive. If you would like to inquire about current estimated fulfillment times of a specific product prior to placing your order, please contact us.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are shipped via UPS within 24 hours of fulfillment. Shipping options reflect time to delivery from order fulfillment. We reserve the right to alter any order’s shipping method to comply with UPS shipping policies. If your order’s shipping method must be changed, we will send a notice to the email address on file. Any additional costs associated with a change in shipping method will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

FREMONTA Corporation is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

FREMONTA Corporation is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

FREMONTA ships to addresses within the U.S., Canada, and U.S. Territories. 

 

FREMONTA does not ship to P.O. boxes

Refund & Exchange

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations will be granted with 24 hours of the order being placed, providing that the order has not already been shipped.

Returns and Refunds

 

Due to the sterility requirements of our product, FREMEONTA is unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
